5 axis laser cutting

GFL are one of the few companies in the UK that offer a 5 axis laser cutting service in addition to traditional flat laser cutting. The relatively new 5 axis laser process allows for holes to be laser cut into a tube, pressing or extrusion after forming. This increases the design possibilities as engineers no longer need to worry about holes distorting after forming.

As well as offering laser cutting to the marine industry, GFL offer a full metal bending service using the latest Amada press braking machines. We have a full range of tooling for standard bends and can also manufacture bespoke tooling when required.
