The bit most of them cannot do
A flatbed laser cuts flat sheet. Our Trumpf 5-axis machines cut pressings, spinnings and formed tube in three dimensions, trimming and piercing on the curve. We design and build the fixtures for it ourselves, in house, with our own welding cell.
Low and high volume flat profiles across every material above. Nested to minimise material, with parts held so they cannot tip during the cut.

Slots, holes and mitres cut into round, square and formed tube, on the same machines and to the same tolerances as our formed work.
Three press brakes, with a maximum folding length of 4 metres on the 220 tonne machine, and a wide range of tooling held. Specialist tooling can be bought in and the cost amortised across the piece part price.
Powder coating and painting through approved suppliers, plus DG8 parts washing for aerospace and medical work where components have to arrive clean.
One-offs and design iterations cut without tooling, so changes cost time rather than money. Laser scanning where you have a part but no drawing.
A DXF, DWG, STEP or IGS file is ideal. A PDF, a sketch or an existing part is fine too, our CAD team will work from any of them.
An estimator prices the job and flags any issues, along with potential solutions and alternatives. If we have drawn the part from scratch, you will always have final sign off before the job is released to production.

Three shifts across five days, plant maintained by the original manufacturers, and 80% of our capital equipment less than five years old. Mild steel, stainless and aluminium held in stock, so most jobs start without waiting on a steel delivery.

Defibrillator cabinets needing laser cutting, folding, press braking, machining and powder coating. We simulated the folds and checked for press brake collisions before cutting a single blank, then nested the parts to minimise material.
