With a background in sales and marketing, Simon joined GF Laser at its formation in 2006 with a mandate to grow the company from a business unit of Moseley Brothers to a standalone operation independent of its sister company.
Simon now oversees all aspects of the business with a continued focus on acquiring new customers whilst ensuring existing customers still experience a high level of service.
Also joining at the formation of the business, Kate was responsible for setting up all the necessary
financial controls within GF Laser. With wide ranging accounting experience Kate manages the
financial systems and ensures that the management team follow the policies put in place.
Kate also oversees the Human Resources processes within GF Laser.
Nicola joined GF Laser’s administration department in 2012 and was promoted to the Management Team which was set up in 2016 as part of an ongoing objective to manage the growth of GF Laser.
Nicola oversees the administration department making sure her team follow the sales and purchasing procedures to ensure the smooth running of the company.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Tom joined the GF Laser estimating team in 2017 and as part of this role, Tom is also responsible for New Business Development. Tom has a strong technical and operational background after spending the first part of his career setting and operating lasers. This has a number of benefits for customers of GF Laser because Tom can quickly provide answers to any technical queries.

Matt looks after the day to day quality requirements within GF Laser. This includes producing PPAP’s, work instructions and liaising with quality representatives from customers and suppliers.
Matt is also responsible for ensuring GF Laser adheres to the quality requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and the recently acquired CE Marking approval.
