Complete Solution
By utilising the latest laser cutting software, Trutops Cell, designed specifically for our Trumpf Laser machines we are able to design our own fixtures to repeatedly process our customer’s requirements accurately. With the aid of our Flatbed Laser cutting department and welding cell, we are also able to put these designs into reality; all under one roof.
High Volume Batch Work
Our largest five axis laser cutting machine allows us to process components up to 4 metres in length by 1.5 metres wide. This same machine also benefits from a split cabin design, allowing production of parts without lengthy downtimes. This capability ensures that we are able to remain competitively priced for both low and high-volume batch work.
Fast Turnaround
Both of our Five axis Trumpf Laser machines operate 24/7 to ensure that we have the available capacity to meet the demands of our customers. On a three-shift working pattern we can offer one of the shortest turnaround times in the UK.
