What we cut, and what we do to it
Five materials, twelve processes, and all of it in one building in Dudley.
Stainless steel laser cutting
304, 316, 430 and Hastelloy up to 12mm, cut on Trumpf fibre and CO2 machines and finished in house.
View →Aluminium laser cutting
Flat sheet and 3D formed aluminium to 12mm, including treadplate, with press braking to 4 metres.
View →Mild steel laser cutting
Our thickest capability, to 20mm, in everything from CR4 sheet to Durbar and Cor-ten plate.
View →Galvanised & Zintec laser cutting
Pre-galvanised sheet cut from 0.5mm to 5mm, so the corrosion protection is already on the part.
View →Brass & bronze laser cutting
Reflective materials to 3mm, cut on fibre lasers built to handle them.
View →Copper laser cutting
Copper to 3mm on fibre lasers, which handle reflective metal that older CO2 machines struggle with.
View →Flatbed laser cutting
The workhorse. A 4000 by 2000mm bed running three shifts, 24 hours a day, five days a week.
View →5-axis laser cutting
Trimming and piercing parts that have already been formed, up to 4000 by 1500mm, with no hard tooling to pay for.
View →Formed tube laser cutting
Holes, slots and end profiles cut into tube after it has been bent, on the 5-axis machines.
View →Sheet metal bending
Three Amada press brakes folding to 4 metres and 220 tonnes, in the same building as the lasers.
View →Laser prototyping
One-offs and development parts cut straight from CAD, with no tooling to commission first.
View →3D laser scanning services
Reverse engineering a part you have but no longer have a drawing for, and inspecting what we make against the model.
View →Metal powder coating
Colour, protection and anti-bacterial finishes, managed as part of the same order.
View →24 hour laser cutting service
For the days when a line has stopped. Three shifts around the clock, and a 24 hour route when you need it.
View →Laser cut metal blanks
Blanks cut to profile without a blanking tool, which is what makes low volume and pre-production viable.
View →Industrial parts washing
Cleaning parts after cutting, for the customers whose assembly cannot tolerate oil or residue.
