Galvanised Steel Laser Cutting Service

Galvanised Mild Steel Laser Cutting

We are one of the UK’s largest suppliers of laser cut pre galvanised mild steel. We typically cut thicknesses from 0.5mm to 5mm. Galvanised mild steel is extremely popular as it can be a cheaper option than other corrosion resistant metal. The aesthetics of Galvanised steel is also appealing, especially when used as a decorative feature

The use of Galvanised Mild Steel is widely used in the construction industry for structural bracketry, plates and drainage equipment. Our approval to EN 1090 CE Marking is especially important to the construction industry where it is a legal requirement for laser cut parts to be fully traceable under the CE marking legislation.

We are also able to arrange for either the ‘hot dipping’ or ‘electro galvanised’ post laser cutting. This extra process is usually required when thickness exceeds 5mm.
