Based at modern manufacturing headquarters in the West Midlands, the heart of the UK, we utilise the latest laser technologies from Trumpf UK alongside state of the art Amada CNC press brakes. With both 5 axis and flatbed laser machines cutting up to 20mm thick and with a maximum bed size of 4000mm x 2000mm, we have the capability to offer metal laser cutting of both sheet material and formed components, such as pressings.
All our internal processes are externally audited and we currently hold ISO9001:2015 and UK CA marking accreditations.

Metal Bending
High repeatability, accurate folding of flat sheet metal to meet requirements. Using CNC controlled Amada ‘best of breed’ machinery. Large selection of tooling stocked for all Press Brake machinery.
Metals We Can
Laser Cut
Using the latest in Trumpf CO2 and Fibre laser cutting machines allows us to cut a wide range of metals. Those we cut include Mild, Stainless, Galvanised Steel and Zintec.
We can also cut yellow metals including Brass and Bronze. Our expertise in cutting Aluminium allows us to provide accurate profiles without burrs, which has traditionally been a problem when laser cutting such material.
Prime Materials & Quality Accreditation’s
We continually source ‘prime’ material to ensure that the quality of all the metal parts we produce are to the very highest standards. As a testament to our metal laser cutting standards, we hold the ISO9001:2015, as well as CE (BS1090) accreditations. We offer competitive pricing by utilising the latest software to accurately minimise material wastage.

Collection, Delivery
& Supply
Our own vans together with our, carefully selected, logistics partners provide a delivery and collection service to all our clients across the UK.
We stock a wide range of mild and stainless steel, as well as aluminium, and if material required is not stocked, we have a next day delivery arrangement with many major stockholders.

Services
As well as our sub-contract laser cutting and metal folding services we also offer a range of ancillary services. This includes powder coating, machining and toolmaking / low volume press production.
