STAINLESS STEEL LASER CUTTING

STAINLESS STEEL LASER CUTTING SERVICE

Due to its corrosion resistant nature, the improved aesthetics and the various different surface finishes available, there has always been a strong demand for Laser cut, and often folded, Stainless Steel components from us. To help meet this demand, we utilise the fast turnaround from a plethora of our approved material suppliers.

We process Stainless Steel on a regular basis in both flat and formed profiles on our Flatbed and Five Axis Trumpf Laser cutting machines; both CO2 and Fibre. In order to constantly meet our customers demand for this material. Situated on site is a 30,000 litre Nitrogen tank and condenser unit. The inclusion of the telemetry system which actively measures the gas available and usage rate, ensures that we are always ready to process your Stainless-Steel requirements.

To ensure that the processing of stainless steel is carried out with minimal marking of the material faces, we utilize our suction loading device to align sheet material onto the Laser machine bed. Through our experienced staff and superior technologies of our Trumpf Laser cutting machines, we are able to produce clean, burr free parts. With the cleanest of cut faces. On time and within budget.
